Sakura Shinguji Bust 01

Hi Everyone !!!

Here is one of my favorite character : Shinguji Sakura from... Sakura Taisen !
Nothing hard to tell with my signature !!! ^^
I was so glad to have won her on Yahoo Japan Auction because I had never seen her before ! I did not even had a reference picture of the finished kit... but that was not really a problem.
It looks to be a 1/4 kit (about 11 cm from the base to the top ribbon)...

The resin was white but the first time I saw it, very hard to sand... There was some bubbles and defects but nothing too hard to fix.
I sprayed acrylics with iridescent effect on the hairs, pink suit, jabot, ribbon and base.
The same type of paint that I used for the 1/8 Double Guns Alucard coat [link]
I find the effect very nice for the hair, because it "catch" a good effect with the light without looking too artificial or too metallic, but that's my point of view !
The base is made of wood as always and I made a design printed and stuck with spray glue on it.

I had so much fin to build her ! Too bad that she has not a full body, because 1/4 Sakura kits are so rare !
